My Story & The Garden
The Secret Garden Pantry Co. was born from a closely guarded collection of heritage recipes, carefully adjusted for today's table, but never stripped of their soul. Rooted in Northumberland, fuelled by the garden, and baked with love.
I was lucky enough to travel the world and live in some amazing places, picking up flavours and ideas that still shape the way I create today. Every culture I encountered left a little something behind, a spice, a technique, a cherished memory.
But it is my garden that inspires me most. The changing seasons, the vibrant colours, the sheer abundance, it all finds its way into everything I bake. From the first rhubarb of spring to the last blackberries of autumn, the garden is where it all begins.
